Welcome to Western Church of England Primary School

Our school is a happy and safe place for over 400 children aged 4-11 years old who come to Western each day to learn and play. We are situated less than a mile from Winchester City centre in extensive grounds with far reaching views across the city and beyond to the surrounding countryside. Our outdoor learning opportunities, excellent results and strong focus on developing pupil skills to support well-being and resilience, have enabled our children to become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens during their time at Western.
